Need a copy of a previously filed tax return?
To protect taxpayer information and maintain secure processing procedures, all tax return copy requests must be submitted through our online request form.
Processing Fee
A $10 processing fee is required for each tax return request submitted.
This fee covers:
Secure document retrieval
Identity verification review
Administrative processing
Secure delivery preparation
Payment is required before requests are processed.
Processing Timeline
Please allow up to 24 business hours for processing after your request and payment have been successfully submitted.

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Requests submitted outside of business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Before You Submit Your Request
Please have the following information available:
Full legal name
Current email address
Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Tax year being requested
Valid payment method
Additional identity verification may be required before documents are released.
Delivery Method
Completed tax returns will be delivered securely using the delivery method selected on the intake form.
For security purposes:
Documents will not be released by phone
Requests submitted through social media, text message, or verbal request will not be processed
Processing status updates may not be available during active review periods
Important Disclosures
By submitting a request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You are the taxpayer listed on the return or are legally authorized to request the documents
Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate delivery
Processing times may vary during peak filing periods or high-volume request periods
Multiple submissions for the same request do not expedite processing
Incomplete or unverifiable requests may be delayed or denied
Fees are non-refundable once processing has begun
Former Client Notice
If you previously worked with an independent contractor or preparer affiliated with our office, all document requests must still be submitted through this secure request process.
